This is an excellent inclusion in Baltic Amber. It is a rare Millipede (Polyxenus) from Russia. This is an unusual and hard-to-find insect in the fossil record. The millipede is very detailed and displays beautifully. It is easily seen centered in the amber piece. This is a wonderful fossil and one of the most collectible pieces of amber we've had (close-up photo is included).
