This is a rare insect in Baltic Amber. It is a Mayfly (Ephemeroptera) from Russia. Mayflies are about as close as you can get to having a dragonfly in amber. The wings and body are very similar. This one also has the legs easily seen. This is a very uncommon example of a Mayfly trapped in amber (close-up photo is included for free).
