This is an unusual insect in Baltic Amber. It is a fine Gall Gnat (Cecidomiidaea) from Russia. This specimen has very good detail - the simple wings are easily seen. The long antennae are also extremely detailed, looking like a string of pearls. This is a very nice Gall Gnat trapped in Baltic Amber (large close-up photo is included for free).
