This is an excellent amber fossil. It is a large piece of Baltic Amber with a beautiful Cranefly preserved. The cranefly exhibits fabulous detail - the legs, body, and wings are also very detailed - even the tiny antennae are wonderfully showcased. The Cranefly is easily seen trapped within the oval amber piece. This is a very fine example of a fossilized Cranefly in amber (large close-up photo is included for free.)
