This is a killer insect in amber. It is a beautiful Scelionid Wasp trapped in amber from the Dominican Republic. This Scelionid Wasp is very sleek and has nice detail. The long antennae and pointed stinger display strikingly. The insect is easily seen in the clear amber piece. This is a very collectible fossil wasp entombed in Dominican Amber (small close-up photo is included for free).
