This is a very nice Arachnid in Baltic Amber. It is a fine Spider (Araneae) from the Baltic Coast of Russia. This specimen is large and has very good detail. The long legs are well preserved. The mandibles on the front of the spider are even intact. The spider itself is easily seen in the amber piece. This is a very displayable Spider trapped in "fossil ooze" (close-up photo is included for free).
