This is an unusual swarm of insects in Baltic Amber. There is a large moth (Lepidoptera) and at least three other insects trapped in the amber piece. Moths are uncommon in Baltic Amber. Most of the insects are easily seen in the amber piece. This is an unusual swarm caught in fossil ooze (close-up photo in included for free).
