This is a rare piece of Baltic Amber. It is a large amber nugget with unidentified plant remains. Plant fossils in amber are very rare in the fossil record. This branching plant could be lichen, or something else just as unusual. The plant remains fill the entire amber piece. This is a very collectible amber fossil from Lithuania (close-up photo is included for free).
