This is an excellent swarm of flies in amber. There are at least eight Black Scavenger Flies trapped in this amber piece. The flies have great detail and display beautifully. They are nicely spaced and easily seen in the honey-colored amber piece. This is a collectible amber fossil with a wonderful swarm of insects preserved (small close-up photo is included for free).
